CINCINNATI - University of Cincinnati football tickets are selling at an all-time best on the heels of the Bearcats 2008 BIG EAST Championship and 75th FedEx Orange Bowl appearance.
Season ticket sales and allocations are quickly approaching the 15,000 mark and are sure to keep selling well through the summer months. Great seats are still available and fans interested in become a Bearcats Football season ticket holder should call the UC Athletics marketing and fan development department at 1-877-CATS-TIX. UC has set season ticket records in each of the past two seasons.
UC established single-season attendance records in each of the past three years, and eight of the top-12 crowds in Nippert Stadium history have come during head coach Brian Kelly's tenure.
"We need to continue making Nippert Stadium a high energy, positive environment for our fans as we hit the field in pursuit of another BIG EAST Championship" Director of Athletics Mike Thomas said. "Our home schedule is one of the best in UC history and I cannot wait to see all of the fans in the stands on September 12 as we welcome the next fan in to see Cincinnati's champions take on Southeast Missouri State."
This season, UC welcomes in one of its best slates of opponents to Nippert Stadium. UC will play host to Illinois (Big Ten), Fresno State (WAC) and Southeast Missouri State, as well as three exciting BIG EAST matchups against West Virginia, Louisville, and Connecticut.
Ticket Packages can be purchased online at CATSTIX.com or by calling 1-877-CATS-TIX. Orders can also be placed in person at the UC Athletics Ticket office, open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.- 6 p.m. The ticket office is located on the fourth floor of the Richard E. Lindner Athletics Center.
