CINCINNATI - University of Cincinnati fans can travel with the Bearcats' football and men's basketball teams to a host of destinations during the 2009-10 season with Provident Travel, UC's official travel partner.
Tickets to road football games at Rutgers, Oregon State, Miami (OH), USF, Syracuse, and Pittsburgh are on sale now at the UC Athletics Ticket Office by calling 1-877-CATSTIX. Away game tickets are not available for online sale.
Official team travel packages are available now for the Bearcats' game at Rutgers on Sept. 7, as well as the men's basketball team's trip to the EA Sports Maui Invitational from Nov. 23-25. Fans can register online through Provident Travel.
Three-day and five-day packages are available for the Rutgers trip. Double occupancy for the five-day Touchdown Package starts at $1,140 while the three-day Field Goal Package is priced at $945 per person.
Both packages include round-trip economy airfare for four (4) nights (Touchdown Package) or two (2) nights (Field Goal package) at the Millennium Broadway just off Times Square, a game ticket for the UC-Rutgers matchup at Rutgers Stadium, Dinner at Sardi' s, round-trip airport/hotel/game transfers, hotel porterage, and a tour escort.
For fans interested in a trip to Hawai'i over Thanksgiving to watch first-class men's basketball action, Provident is offering a package that starts at $1,595, not including airfare.
The package includes a general admission booster ticket good for admission to three UC basketball games during the EA Sports Maui Invitational, five nights accommodation at the Westin Maui, UC's headquarters hotel, round-trip airport transfers, a round-trip shuttle to UC's games on Nov. 23-25, a traditional flower lei greeting on arrival, services of local tour staff at the EA Sports Hospitality Tour Desk, hotel luggage handling, taxes, resort fees, and porterage.
