CINCINNATI- University of Cincinnati women's basketball coach Jamelle Elliott will be a guest speaker at "Summer Madness" Happy Hour located at Blackfinn Restaurant and Saloon on Friday, Aug. 28, from 5-8 p.m. The event, presented by the University of Cincinnati African American Alumni Association, will give fans the opportunity to meet the first-year head coach of the women's basketball team.
Blackfinn Restaurant and Saloon is located on 19 East 7th Street in Cincinnati, Ohio 45202. The Happy Hour specials include a $5 dollar donation at the door, half price drinks, appetizer specials, and door prizes.
The University of Cincinnati African American Alumni Association's mission is to reconnect African American Alumni to the university through a variety of programs, events and activities; Assist in the recruitment, retention and graduation of African American students at the University of Cincinnati, and finally promote the university as an institution for students to receive a quality education, engage in dynamic co-curricular activities, and develop a network of friendships to last a lifetime.
