Elliott to Make an Appearance on Cincinnati Reds Broadcast

CINCINNATI - First-year head women's basketball coach Jamelle Elliott will make an appearance on the television broadcast of the Cincinnati Reds vs. Florida Marlins game on Friday, Sept. 18.

Fox Sports Ohio Reds play-by-play man George Grande invited Elliott onto the broadcast to welcome her to the city.

A native of Connecticut, Grande has followed Elliott throughout her days as a standout player and assistant coach with the University of Connecticut women's basketball program.

Elliott will join Grande and analyst Chris Welsh in the booth during the fourth inning.
