UCATS Members should have recently received an email providing you the opportunity to pre-order bowl tickets for the 2009-10 bowl season. Through the established online system, you have an opportunity to express your intent to purchase tickets for each of the Bearcats potential bowl destinations.
Please note that your credit card will not be charged until December 10, 2009, and will only be charged at that time if you have requested tickets for the game in which the Bearcats have been selected to play. Your bowl credits (if applicable) will be applied to your balance at that time and your card charged accordingly. If you have selected a particular game, and then determine that you will not be able to attend, a cancellation must be received in the Bearcats Ticket Office by December 9, 2009.
Seats for the upcoming bowl game will be allocated according to UCATS priority points beginning with members of our George D. Smith Society. All UCATS members will be given seating priority based upon membership and priority points. Visit www.UCATS.net or call 1-877-55-UCATS to increase your current gift or become a member for as little as $50.00. All UCATS members will receive their bowl allocations before the general public.
There is no limit to the number of bowl tickets one can purchase, but please know that the UC Department of Athletics will be limiting the number of seats in a priority seating section dependent upon the actual bowl game, and the seat allocations provided by that particular bowl. If you are ordering a large block of tickets, this means that you would have a predetermined limit of tickets that would be allocated in priority sections.
Please note that once UC has accepted a bowl bid additional information will be forthcoming, and there will be a brief window of opportunity for UCATS members at that time to purchase seats for priority seating. The pre-order purchase intention allows you to express your interest in advance given the short-turnaround time between the bowl announcement and the bowl game.
Step-by-Step Instructions or Submitting Your Bowl Ticket Purchase Intention
1. Visit www.CATSTIX.com
2. Click on Season Ticket Holders Bowl Requests
3. Login to account (Refer to previous C-Mail with login information if you do not already have this information)
4. Select the bowl games that you would attend and indicate the number of tickets and parking passes if applicable.
5. Enter your credit card information. Card will not be charged until December 10, and then only if you have selected tickets for the bowl game that UC has been selected to play.
6. Bowl Credits will be applied before your credit card is charged
7. Cancellations will be accepted until December 9
