Series Opener Against Niagara Postponed to Saturday

CINCINNATI – Due to inclement weather in the Cincinnati area, the University of Cincinnati baseball team’s series opening game against Niagara University was postponed until Noon on Saturday, March 15. When play was suspended, the Bearcats led the Purple Eagles, 9-2, with two outs in the bottom of the eighth inning, which is where play will resume on Saturday.

UC and Niagara are already slated to play a doubleheader on Saturday and Game 1 will begin approximately 30 minutes following the completion of Friday’s postponed game. Game 2 will then begin 30 minutes following the completion of Game 1.
