Baseball Has Game 2 of Saturday Doubleheader Suspended

NOTRE DAME, Ind. – In the second-game of its BIG EAST Conference doubleheader, the University of Cincinnati baseball team had its game against the University of Notre Dame postponed due to inclement weather in the area. The Irish were leading 3-0 entering the bottom of the fifth inning when the game was suspended.

The game is scheduled to resume at Noon on Sunday, April 25.

In the opening game of Saturday’s doubleheader, Cincinnati scored four runs in the top of the ninth to defeat Notre Dame, 5-4.
