On Wednesday, July 23, the Bearcat Caravan made yet another stop on its summer tour around the tri-state at Florence Freedom Ballpark to watch the Freedom battle the Cornbelters. Head UC Football Coach Butch Jones and select players joined the Caravan to sign autographs and partake in infield activities.
Coach Jones threw out the ceremonial first pitch to start the game. The UC Bearcat even got into the game by participating in a mascot race with the Freedom mascot, Belle, on the field with fans. The UC Marketing team was on hand to hand out promotional cups and replica rings along with other information on UC Athletics.
The next Bearcat Caravan event is on August 7 at the Taste of Colerain. UC will be there from 3-11pm. For more information on the Taste of Colerain click here.
