CINCINNATI - The University of Cincinnati men's soccer team opened its 2010 preseason on Sunday, Aug. 15, with check-in meetings and orientations before leaving for a four-day training camp at the Athletes in Action campus in Xenia, Ohio.

The Bearcats will spend time at the camp engaging in a variety of activities including two-a-day team trainings, fitness testing, and team building events before returning to campus on Thursday, Aug. 19 to continue preparing for the 7 p.m. exhibition opener at Northern Kentucky on Aug. 20.

The Athletes in Action Sports Complex features two full-sized NCAA synthetic turf soccer fields and an interchangeable football/soccer field, and it provides the opportunity to comfortably host tournaments, practices, and camps in any weather conditions. The regular-season opener is set for Sept. 1 against Dayton at Gettler Stadium.
