LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The University of Cincinnati diving team wrapped up its portion of the 2011 BIG EAST Championships, Saturday at the Ralph R. Wright Natatorium.
Brittany Teneyck picked up the best finish for the Bearcats with her fifth place effort in the women's 1-meter event. She tallied a six-dive total of 274.65 in the finals. Kirtley Krombholz took 11th (249.90), Lindsay Bakan was 12th (241.45), Maggie Eubanks placed 21st (211.00), Jennifer Williamson finished 29th (172.00), and Erika Walsh was 32nd (157.90).
In the 3-meter event, Krombholz was the top UC finisher in 10th with a six-dive total of 244.30. Bakan was 18th with 222.45, Teneyck placed 22nd (213.45), Eubanks took 23rd (205.90), Williamson finished 27th (184.45), and Walsh was 29th (167.70).
The BIG EAST Championships continue with the swimming portion which runs from Feb. 16-19 in Louisville.
