As the 2011 UC Baseball season begins, youth groups from the tri-state area are welcome to come to Marge Schott Stadium this season for a unique Future Bearcats experience. Youth groups can include but are not limited to youth baseball teams, Cub Scout Troops and church groups.
Groups are encouraged to pick a game from the 2011 UC Baseball schedule. Once you select your game choices, call 1-877-CATS-TIX to reserve your spot.
On game day, your group will arrive about an hour and a half before the game and be given a private, behind the scenes tour of Marge Schott Stadium including stops in the locker room, batting cages and if time permits, the dugout. Youth groups will also potentially have the opportunity to meet and greet and UC players and coaches, making for a truly unique experience. After the tour, fans will return to the stands and enjoy a fun filled game at one of the most unique baseball venues around.
"We are always thrilled to welcome young players and their teams and other young fans to March Schott Stadium so they can interact with our players and connect with our program," says Head UC Baseball Coach Brian Cleary. "We have as much fun with it as do the groups who visit."
This experience comes at an extremely affordable rate. Groups of 10 or more are admitted to the game for just $1 per person.
