CINCINNATI - The 2011 University of Cincinnati men's soccer recruiting class has been ranked No. 28 in the nation by CollegeSoccerNews.com.
The Bearcats, who finished the 2010 season 7-5-7 overall and advanced to the BIG EAST semifinals for the first time in program history, welcome 14 newcomers to the 2011 squad.
The 2011 class includes NSCAA High School all-American and Massachusetts Gatorade Player of the Year Cole DeNormandie and CollegeSoccerNews.com Top 150 prospects Chris Davis and Emmanuel Appiah.
The Bearcats open fall training on Thursday, August 11, in preparation for the exhibition opener on Monday, August 15, against Bowling Green in Gettler Stadium. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.
