CINCINNATI - The University of Cincinnati volleyball team (1-3) will travel to Lexington, Ky., to play a mid-week match against Kentucky at 7 p.m. on Tuesday.

The Bearcats are led by junior Megan Turner, who is hitting .341 through first four matches of 2011. She earned all-tournament honors after averaging 2.93 kills per set at the Northern Illinois Tournament last weekend.

Senior Missy Harpenau leads the team with 3.29 kills per set and 3.0 digs per set. In her first collegiate matches, freshman Caylin Mahoney averaged 10.21 assists per set. Junior Becca Refenes will lead the defense at the net, looking to add to her 14 blocks on the season.

The Wildcats own the lead in the all-time series, 14-7, but the Bearcats have won three out of the last four matches, including 2010 in Fifth Third Arena.

Kentucky competed in Tallahassee, Fla., at the Florida State Invitational last weekend and posted a 2-1 record. The Wildcats were led by senior Becky Pavan, who averaged 3.33 kills and a .425 hitting percentage. This performance earned her all-tournament honors. Setter Elizabeth Koberstein is currently first in the Southeastern Conference with 12.0 assists per set.

Game time is set for 7:00 p.m. in Memorial Coliseum.
