BAJA CALIFORNIA, Mexico - The University of Cincinnati men's golf team concludes its fall season when it competes in the Cabo Collegiate at the Club Compestre Golf Course, Oct. 27-29.

The Jack Nicklaus-designed course (6,966 yards, Par 71) is spread across the foothills of the Sierra del la Lagune Mountains, between the mountains and the ocean.

The three-day, 54-hole tournament begins with a shotgun start at 11:30 a.m. ET each day. The 12-team field also includes Arkansas, Tennessee, St. Mary's College, San Francisco, Lamar, Arkansas-Little Rock, Loyola Marymount, Southeastern Louisiana, UC Irvine, Gonzaga and Santa Clara.

UC is coming off a tie for eighth place at their host event, the Bearcat Invitational on Oct. 11. Junior David Tepe (Chagrin Falls, Ohio/Kenston) took second place after falling short in a playoff with Georgetown's Brian Dorfman.

Tepe leads the Bearcats with a 72.45 stroke average and has finished first among UC golfers at each of the four fall tournaments this season.
