MESA, Ariz. - The University of Cincinnati women's golf team finished 12th at the Clover Cup on Sunday at the Longbow Golf Club.
The Bearcats posted rounds of 323-318-319=960 to finish eight shots back of 11th-place SMU, which shot 302-331-319=952. Colorado (277-81-297=855) won the team title after leading the entire weekend. Oklahoma was second, posting rounds of 289-292-305=886.
Olivia Dose was UC's top finisher, carding rounds of 79-74-76=229, good for a tie for 26th place. Maria Roos was tied for 51st (78-79-81=238), Andrea Malek was 61st (81-85-80=246) and Alex Carl was tied for 64th (85-80=84=249). Mackenzie Moir rounded out UC's scorers with rounds of 86-89-82=257, good for 69th place.
The Bearcats are back in action on Wednesday, March 21, at the Bearcats and Bulls Challenge in Orlando, Fla.
