CINCINNATI - Season tickets for the University of Cincinnati women's basketball's 13 home-game schedule are available now. Fans will enjoy great basketball, in-game entertainment, giveaways and opportunities to participate in on-court contests!
VIP* courtside season tickets are the best seats in the house available for only $100 each, but supplies are limited, so call today to place your name on the waiting list! Fans also can enjoy the PRIDE PROGRAM* package for only $65 per person and seating is available in Section 122 behind the team bench. *Both VIP and PRIDE require additional donation to UCATS or the Women's basketball program at $50 or $25 respectively and the packages include a 2012-13 women's basketball t-shirt, lanyard and invitation to special events.
Adult general admission season tickets are available for $45, while youth (12 & under), UCATS members, faculty/staff, and seniors (55 and up) can purchase general admission season tickets for just $30. The Bearcats Family Plan - two adult and two youth general admission season tickets - is available for $80.
Coming off its most successful season in recent years, UC returns leading scorer and all-BIG EAST Second Team member Dayeesha Hollins. The junior led the Bearcats with 14.8 points per game while dishing out a team-high 105 assists in 30 starts in 2011-12.
UC head coach Jamelle Elliott, who recently signed a contract extension through 2017-18, guided the Bearcats to a 16-16 record last season. It was a seven-game improvement from the previous season and the most wins since 2005-06 when the Bearcats went 17-12. To cap the season, UC advanced to postseason play for the first time since 2005-06, defeating Duquesne 68-63 in overtime in the WNIT. The win marked UC's first postseason victory in 10 seasons.
