PROVIDENCE, R.I. - University of Cincinnati volleyball player Emma Roberson (Brooks, Ky./Evansville) was one of five players named to the American Athletic Conference Honor Roll on Monday as announced by the league.
The junior right-side hitter led the Bearcats to a 1-1 week in conference action with 29 kills and a .389 hitting percentage against SMU and Tulsa. Cincinnati sits in third place in the American with a 3-1 league record and an 11-5 overall mark.
Roberson tallied 12 kills and two blocks in a 3-1 loss to SMU Friday night and added a match-high 17 kills with a .464 attacking clip in a 3-0 sweep over Tulsa on Sunday.
Roberson has reached double-digit kills in 10 straight matches for the Bearcats.
This is the second honor roll award of the season for Roberson, who also earned the accolade on Sept. 15.
