MILITARY BOWL CENTRAL
CINCINNATI - The University of Cincinnati Department of Athletics is excited to announce a student bus trip to Annapolis, Md. as the Bearcats football team faces the Virginia Tech Hokies in the Military Bowl on December 27, 2014. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium.
For just $55, students will receive a ticket to the game, bus transportation to and from Annapolis provided by Croswell Bus Services, and one night in a hotel near the stadium. Details for the trip are as follows:
TRIP DETAILS
· Check-in will be at the Alumni Center on Friday, December 26, 2014 at 8:00am - this is also when the Military Bowl tickets will be dispersed.
· Buses will leave the Alumni Center promptly at 9:00am on the 26th for Annapolis, MD.
· No alcohol consumption will be permitted on the buses.
· Immediately following the Military Bowl game, buses will leave Annapolis to return to campus.
· THIS TRIP IS FOR UC STUDENTS ONLY.
REGISTRATION AND WAIVER FORM
· Click here to reserve your seat to Annapolis - registration will close on Thursday, December 18, 2014 at midnight (there will be no refunds after this date)
o There is limited availability so be sure to register as soon as possible!
o List up to three roommates of the same gender that you would like to room with - if you do not list anyone, you will be paired up with other UC students.
o If you miss the bus, the trip costs will not be refunded.
· All students are required to fill out a waiver before check-in - download here and bring to check-in on Friday, December 26, 2014
