// COACH TOTH ON THE BEARCATS:
"Today is a terrific early season result for our team," stated head coach Eric Toth. "Coach West and I couldn't be prouder of how they competed this afternoon. Central Florida deserves a lot of credit. They were on the verge of defeat most of the afternoon and just kept coming at us. They are very well coached and made it very difficult on us today, but it was simply our day. We've been close against some good teams in the early going and I am glad we have a nice conference. Today's victory is validation to our girls and the kind of season we can potentially have if we continue to do work at practice throughout the week."
