Macklin Tudor and Adrian Valles set school records for the University of Cincinnati track & field programs on Friday at the Cardinal Twilight. The Bearcats combined to garner 11 top-three finishes, including three event titles.

Junior thrower Macklin Tudor re-set his own school record in the discus throw with a toss of 201' 6". The Mount Orab, Ohio native's toss was good enough to win the event and set a new meet record. His throw moves to fifth nationally.
// VALLES SNATCHES POLE VAULT RECORD
Freshman pole vaulter Adrian Valles grabbed the Bearcats' outdoor pole vault record with a clearance of 18' 3. 25". The mark surpasses Josh Dangel's record of 17' 10.25", which was set last season. Valles' clearance moves him to fifth in the NCAA.

The Bearcats now have their sights set on the league meet, which will be held May 14-17 at the George J. Sherman Family Sports Complex in Storrs, Connecticut. Both the men's and women's programs finished fourth during the indoor season and look to crack the top three outdoors.
