Three University of Cincinnati track & field athletes grabbed top-eight finishes on Saturday at the USA Junior/Senior Outdoor Track & Field Championships in Eugene, Oregon.

// BLAUT SORES TO A FOURTH-PLACE FINISH
Sophomore-to-be Loretta Blaut grabbed fourth place in the junior's division high jump with a clearance of 5' 8.75". The Cincinnati, Ohio native garnered her clearance on her final attempt at the height before going out at 5' 10".

// HUBEN TAKES SIXTH IN THE STEEPLE
Dan Huben raced to a sixth-place finish in the junior's 3,000-meter steeplechase on a hot Saturday night. The Clarence, New York, native clocked in at 9:33.79.

// MORRIS FINISHES EIGHTH IN THE 400M HURDLES
New Jersey native Jaashir Morris finished eighth in the finals of the junior's 400-meter hurdles after a disappointing performance. The sophomore-to-be clipped a hurdle and fell during the race, which put him well behind the pack to finish with a time of 1:08.27. If he would have clocked the same time as he ran in the semifinals, he would have taken fourth place.

Senior-to-be Erika Hurd is the final UC athlete to compete at the USA Championships. She is slated to jump in the senior's division of the high jump at 3:05 p.m. ET.
