CINCINNATI – The University of Cincinnati baseball team announced its fall scrimmage schedule, highlighted by a game against the Great Lake Canadians and the annual Red/Black World Series. The Bearcats will play a series of six games over 10 days from Oct. 16 to Oct. 25.
For the second straight year, the Bearcats open the fall competition schedule by hosting the Great Lake Canadians 18U Team. The game will be played at Marge Schott Stadium on Friday, Oct. 16, with a 6 p.m. first pitch.
Following the GLC game, Cincinnati will kick off its annual Red/Black World Series with its first game on Saturday, Oct. 17, and game No. 2 on Sunday, Oct. 13. The series will pick back up on Thursday, Oct. 22, Saturday, Oct. 24, and Sunday, Oct. 25.
