CINCINNATI -- The University of Cincinnati women's soccer team rode a clean sheet by goalkeeper Sam Pavlika and the Bearcats' defense, along with a second-half goal from Jaycie Brown, to take a 1-0 decision over Tulsa on Sunday afternoon at Gettler Stadium. The victory locked-up fourth place for the Bearcats in the American Athletic Conference.

The win in the home finale sees UC conclude the regular season at 11-5-4 and 5-3-1 in league play. The Golden Hurricane ends the regular season at 13-5-1 and 4-4-1 in the conference. The Bearcats have completed one of the best two-year stretches in years under third-year head coach Neil Stafford, with at least the conference tournament still to play.
