CINCINNATI - For the second day in a row, the University of Cincinnati track and field program had student-athletes competing at the SPIRE Division I Invitational (Geneva, Ohio) and the Tyson Invitational (Fayetteville, Ark.) and, for the second day in a row, those Bearcats combined to make history. At the conclusion of Saturday's events, 14 more personal-best marks had been attained, including one school record and eight more marks ranking among the program's all-time Top 10 lists.
Rebecka Abrahamsson reset her own school record in the triple jump at the Tyson meet to give the Bearcats their second record of the weekend following Annette Echikunwoke's weight throw toss one day earlier. In total for the weekend, UC student-athletes combined to record 27 personal-bests, 18 all-time UC Top 10 marks and two school records.

- Just as the 200m dash one day earlier produced PR's for all runners in the event and three all-time Top 10 marks, the 400m dash did the same today as five women competed in the event and all five recorded personal-bests. Leading the way was Bryana Robinson, who finished ninth in 55.57, the fifth-fastest time in school history. She was followed by Javette Lee (56.18) in 15th and Jada Grant (56.72) in 19th with the school's sixth and eighth-fastest times, respectively. Deanna Gesicki and Sylvana Ross also turned in PR's with their times of 57.33 and 59.72, respectively.
- Not to be outdone, the distance runners joined in on the record action as three of the four entrants in the mile produced PR's and all-time Top 10 marks. Alexis Anton led the charge with a time of 5:03.17 to rank third all-time at UC while Meg Westerheide (5:05.34) and Tes Corea (5:05.39) posted the fifth and sixth-fastest times in UC history.
- Leah Heckaman led a 3-4 finish for the Bearcats in the shot put as she finished with a PR of 15.15m (49-08.50) to improve her No. 4 all-time mark in the program history. Echikunwoke was fourth in the event at 14.91m (48-11.00).
- In the 800m run, Sammy Hentz ran 2:18.03 to earn a personal-best time.
- The 60m hurdles had a pair of entrants with both Javette Lee and Aliya Barnes advancing to the finals. The duo finished seventh and eighth, respectively, after switching finish positions in the prelims. Both women ran 8.60 to make the final before running 8.66 and 8.67, respectively.
at Tyson Invitational
- Abrahamsson had a solid meet against elite competition as the sophomore finished fifth in the invitational field with a best of 13.07m (42-10.75) on her fifth-round attempt. Abrahamsson, who had three marks measuring over 13 meters on the day, equaled her school record of 13.05m in the second round before closing out the meet with a leap of 13.03m (42-09.00). Her new PR has her among the Top 16 nationally, which is the cut-off to compete in the NCAA Championships.
- Erika Hurd and Loretta Blaut were invited to compete in the invitational portion of the high jump with Hurd taking second place while Blaut did not clear a height. Hurd finished her day with a best of 1.81m (5-11.25).

at SPIRE DI Invitational
- Seamus Collins clocked a time of 8:22.67 in the 3,000m run to finish 21st overall while turning in the fifth-best time in program history.
- Ryan Greene raced to a time of 49.93 in the 400m dash for the men's other PR on the day.
- In the 60m dash, Tevin-Lloyd Thompson and Mykel Chambers both ran 6.99 to finish 10th and 11th, respectively. Unfortunately for Chambers, only 10 advanced to the final with his teammate taking the spot on the tiebreaker, 6.984-6.990.
- Kelvin Williams advanced to the finals of the 60m hurdles as he ran 8.25 in the preliminary round, just 0.01 off his personal-best. In the final, Williams finished ninth overall in 8.35.
- Alex Bloom posted the men's top placement of the day as he took third in the high jump with a clearance of 2.06m (6-09.00). All told, UC had eight Top 10 finishes on the day.
