Bottom of the Seventh
CofC extended its lead to 5-0 with two runs in the home half of the seventh inning. Two singles and a stolen base placed runners on the corners for an RBI-single by Logan McRae. Another single and a bases-loaded walk scored the second run to put the Cougars ahead by five.
Top of the Ninth
The Bearcats mounted a comeback in the final inning, beginning with a double by junior Joey Thomas (Mason, Ohio/Mason).
