GAINESVILLE, Fla. - The University of Cincinnati lacrosse team dropped a decision at No. 3 Florida on Saturday afternoon by a 19-2 score. Freshman Monica Borzillo (Devon, Pa./Conestoga) scored a second-half goal to increase her program single-season points record to 64.

- With the loss, Cincinnati moves to 5-8 on the season and 1-4 in the BIG EAST while Florida improves to 11-2 and 5-0.
- Junior goalie Alex MacAffer (Slingerlands, N.Y./Albany Academy for Girls) recorded a career-high five ground balls and a career-high two caused turnovers in the game.
- Currently, Borzillo owns the team's single season records for points (63), points per game (4.92), assists (31) and assists per game (2.38).
