DENVER - The University of Cincinnati lacrosse team finished its 2017 season on Friday with a 17-0 defeat at No. 16 Denver.

Once Denver found its offensive rhythm, it connected for four goals in three minutes to take a 5-0 lead and never looked back.

// OLIVER'S OPINION
"This was a tough way to end the season" said head coach Gina Oliver. "After a very up-and-down year, we took a step back as a program today. We took a big step forward with the win over Vanderbilt but were content with that. As we continue to build and grow, I hope this loss sticks with our returning kids as fuel for next season."
