TAOYUAN CITY, Taiwan – Leading Team Switzerland, University of Cincinnati women's golf senior Christina Gloor carded a two-round score of 149 during the opening two rounds of the 2017 Taipei World University Games at Sunrise Golf & Country Club.
Gloor's (Mattstetten, Switzerland/ESC La Neuveville) five-over-par 149 checks in at 16 out of 57 on the individual leaderboard. The Swiss currently sit in 10th place out of 18 on the team leaderboard with its two best scores -- out of three – from each round adding up to a two-round score of 301. The women's golf portion of the Universiade features four rounds over four days, Aug. 24-27.

The World University Games, known around the world as Universiade, is an international multi-sport event organized for university athletes by the International University Sports Federation.
