// SCORING TEAM
Back in action after hosting Tuesday's Losantiville Challenge, the Red & Black showed well at William & Mary Sunday despite the short turnaround. Totaling two rounds of 615 (+39), UC had two players among the top-30 golfers in Gloor (Mattstetten, Switzerland/ESC La Neuveville) and junior Anika Hitt (Mequon, Wis./Homestead). Gloor started Sunday strong with a one-over-par 73 including a pair of birdies -- one each on the front and back nine. The senior followed with a second-round 76 including, again, two birdies to place in the top 10. Hitt, too, holed a pair of birdies during the first round and followed with one in the second to shoot an even-par back nine placing 28th.

// COACH CARL ON THE BEARCATS
"Tough wind conditions on the course today," said head coach Janet Carl. "I saw a lot of progress today even though the numbers didn't show it. We are really happy with the team focusing better on our process and not the outcome. We are still working conditioning of playing 36 holes.  I expect us to see improvement tomorrow morning. We have lots of great things going on with all our players and the team aspect in general. Want to finish strong tomorrow and continue to build for our next event."

// MONDAY'S FINAL ROUND
The third and final round of the tournament will begin Monday morning with a 9 a.m. ET shotgun start. Follow along with live scoring here.
