TicketsCINCINNATI - The countdown is on to the Second Annual Bearcats Dash & Bash on Sunday, October 1, 2017. The 5K and 18.19K races will take place on and around the University of Cincinnati campus.
Numerous local partners have signed on for the second running of the races, including iHeart Media, FOX Sports Ohio, PNC.
UC Health, Under Armour, Pepsi, Skyline Chili, City BBQ, Domino's, Keystone and Fusian.
The 5K run/walk winds through UC's award-wining Uptown campus, which features works by some of the world's most renowned architects.
The newly designed 18.19K course, which celebrates the year of UC's founding, takes runners through campus, and then out beyond through Clifton's historic Gaslight District and beautiful Mt. Storm Park.
The inaugural Dash & Bash set a Cincinnati record for a first-time race with more than 1,800 participants in the 2016 event. All races in the 2017 event will finish in Nippert Stadium
Runners will enjoy new single-loop courses, many more food and drink vendors, and live music at the finish area. All pre-registered participants will receive an Under Armour micro thread tech shirt and a finisher's medal. After the Dash, celebrate your success at the Bash, which will be held around the concourse of Nippert Stadium.
A free Future Bearcats Dash for children will take place in Nippert Stadium. Bring the whole family, and don't miss your chance to finish on the field in Nippert!
All Dash & Bash participants will be able to enjoy free live music and exchange tear-away tickets on their race bibs for FREE food, beer, and soft drinks from a wide array of vendors. Additional refreshments will be available for purchase.
