CINCINNATI - The University of Cincinnati football team faces SMU on Saturday, Oct. 21 at 4 p.m. ET inside Nippert Stadium. The Bearcats' annual homecoming contest will air on ESPNU and 700 WLW AM. UC is looking to snap a four-game slide overall and a seven-game streak in American Athletic Conference matchups. SMU, who ranks as the No. 2 offense in the league, putting up 506.7 yards per game and scoring 43.8 points per game, is 4-2 (1-1 American) and coming off a bye week.

The Grid on Sigma Sigma Commons and Rooftop Tailgate at University Garage will open at 10 a.m. The Catwalk takes place at 1:30 p.m. through the middle of the Grid and Pandora Effect headlines the Bearcats Music Festival presented by Pepsi from 2-3:30 p.m.

With our UC Alumni Association office now located at 176 W. McMillan St., this year we're bringing the annual Homecoming Kickoff Party to the neighborhood!
The Kickoff Party will include aspects of a pep rally, with music, food, and beverages. We'll showcase the fantastic amenities and businesses in the Uptown area, especially those located near the event at U Square Piazza.
UC Head Coach Luke Fickell, cheerleaders and the Bearcat will all make appearances, with music brought to you by Bearcast Media. This is a family-friendly event with a photo booth, complimentary food and cash bar with local craft brews! We'll showcase the fantastic amenities and businesses in the Uptown area, especially those located near the event at U Square Piazza.
This event is complimentary and open to all UC alumni and their guests. Register HERE. The first 200 pre-registered guests to check-in at the event will receive a UC alumni tote bag with free goodies. Advance registration also enters you into a raffle!
