• Cincinnati is coming off a strong 2-0 showing this past weekend as they took down both Houston and Tulane by scores of 3-1 on home court
• A balanced effort handed the Bearcats the win on Friday as four different players reached double digits in kills and four had ten or more digs on the night
• The performance was paced by double-doubles from Carly Nolan and Jade Tingelhoff. Nolan had 12 kills and 12 digs while Tingelhoff had 46 assists and 15 digs
• Erica Kostelac and Maya Muldrow tied for a team-high with 16 kills each

Entering the weekend, the Shockers are ranked No. 21 in the nation on the AVCA poll. The only teams that have bested Wichita State this season was No. 14 Oregon, Cal Poly and No. 19 Iowa State. The Shockers have won nearly all their conference matches in straight sweeps except for three 3-1 contests (at Temple, against UCF and against SMU). The Shockers rank in the top 25 in the nation in assists per set, hitting percentage and kills per set.
