Earlier this season, the Bearcats dropped a heart-breaking, five-set match to the Mustangs with the fifth set going to a final score of 21-19. Tulsa sits below the Bearcats in conference rankings at 4-6. The Golden Hurricane is 10-12 overall this season. Last weekend Tulsa lost 3-1 at Temple then swept UConn in Storrs. The Golden Hurricane opened American play with a win against Houston. They have also beat UCF and Memphis. Tulsa will host ECU on Thursday before hosting the Bearcats on Saturday.
