CINCINNATI –
As the 2017-18 University of Cincinnati men's basketball season begins here are some details for Bearcats fans to keep in mind for their visit to BB&T Arena in Highland Heights, Kentucky.

// TICKETS
Single-game tickets go on sale beginning Monday, Nov. 6, through BB&T Arena and Ticketmaster. The BB&T Arena ticket office is open Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. or you can call the Ticket Master Call Center at 1-800-745-3000.

Beginning Monday, Nov. 6, fans may purchase UC tickets on the BB&T Arena ticket office website

Based on availability, fans may also buy tickets on game day at BB&T Arena beginning two hours before tipoff. Arena doors open 90 minutes prior to start time.

Ticket prices start at $20 for most games with the exception of contests against Mississippi State (Dec. 12), SMU (Jan. 7) and UConn (Feb. 22) that start at $30 apiece. The Wichita State game (Feb. 18) is sold out.

Tickets to the Nov. 5 exhibition matchup with Embry-Riddle cost $10 for lower-level seats and $5 for upper-level seats.

Ticket will-call is located within the North Gate of BB&T Arena. Fans can access ticket will-call by entering through the labeled "North Gate" entrance or by entering through the arena's main entrance by the BB&T Arena ticket office then proceeding up the stairs.

It is important to note that the UC ticket office itself is not selling single-game tickets – either online, on the phone or at the Lindner Athletics Center ticket windows – during the 2017-18 campaign.

For fans who lose their printed tickets, reprints will be discontinued from the UC ticket office for weekday games at noon and for weekend games at 5 p.m. on Fridays.

// PARKING
Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for all fans in the parking garages around BB&T Arena with the exception of the Production Lot and Lot O which are reserved. All parking is $5 cash unless you have a parking pass. Please allow yourself extra time to park and find your seats. Arena doors open 90 minutes prior to tipoff for each game.

// STUDENT BUSING
Students wishing to attend Bearcats games at BB&T Arena this season can purchase a monthly bus pass for $15. Food is provided for the trip to the arena for all nonconference games. The pick-up location is at the Bearcat statue near the front of Fifth Third Arena. Students will be dropped off at "Lot S" on the Northern Kentucky University campus (Johns Hill Road).

Bus pass purchases can be made at the time you claim your tickets online or in person. All passes must be picked up in person.

Students who may have acquired tickets otherwise can purchase a bus pass by visiting the UC ticket office anytime 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday.

Buses will be on-site two hours prior to tipoff and begin departures one hour 45 minutes prior to tipoff. Transportation will wait for a minimum of 25 students on the bus before departing (all bus departure times are subject to change). The last bus will depart from UC to BB&T Arena 30 minutes prior to tipoff. Buses will begin returning to UC immediately following the conclusion of the game and the final bus will leave BB&T Arena 60 minutes following the conclusion of the game.

Students also can obtain season-long parking passes redeemed through the rUCkus Rewards App. Parking passes can be claimed for 100 rUCkus points. The parking pass is good for the entire 2017-18 men's basketball season.
