  • The Bearcats have scored 306 points in the first three games of the year, surpassing the previous Cronin Era record of 297 points scored in a three-game stretch during the 2011-12 season. The all-time record is 338 points, scored during the 1957-58 season.
  • HALFTIME REPORT: Cincinnati opened the game hitting its first 13 shots in a row, including taking an early 13-2 lead less than three minutes into the contest to eventually claim a 55-26 lead at the intermission. Jarron Cumberland had the hot hand much of the half as he was 6-of-9 from the field, including 4-of-7 from beyond the arc, for 17 points in the opening 20 minutes, which was just three shy of his game-high total on the young season. Nine different Bearcats scored in the first half with 10 different players recording at least one assist as the team dished out 14 helpers overall.
  • Cincinnati had more rebounds in the first half of play (28) than Coppin State had points (26) and finished with 51 total boards for the game, a total that sits just outside the Top 5 in the Cronin era.
