Cincinnati swimming and diving returns to action this Saturday at the Keating Aquatic Center. The Bearcats will host IUPUI with diving beginning at 10:30 a.m. and swimming at 1 p.m.
The latter portion of the meet will be streamed live online via Bearcats TV.

• The Bearcats were last in action the weekend of October 20-21 when they hosted two dual meets
• Both the men and women swept Cleveland State on Friday with the women outscoring the Vikings 201-91 and the men 189-96
• UC swept 13 events during the competition for the convincing victory
• The next day, the men lost 167-128 and the women lost 178-117 to South Carolina
• UC swept both the men's and women's 200 IM
• In the women's 100 backstroke, the Bearcats took the top three spots

• IUPUI women opened the season with a 129.5-113.5 win against Indianapolis
• They followed with a 185.5-114.5 loss to Oakland before rebounding with a 203-88 victory against Western Illinois on October 21
• The men's team had the same results, winning 149-90 against Indianapolis, losing 150.5-145.5 to Oakland and then beating Western Illinois 206-87
• The Jaguars compete at Wright State on Friday, November 3 before making the trip to Cincinnati

• According to CollegeSwimming.com, UC men rank first in the conference while the women are currently in fourth with a 11.5-point difference between them and the first place team
• Many Bearcats have put up some of the top times in the conference so far this season
• Katherine Gob's 100 yard freestyle time of 51.34 is currently the second-fastest
• Sara Wanasek has the second-best time in the 1,000 yard freestyle
• Kennedy Herbert's time of 1:04:15 in the 100 breaststroke sits in second
• The Bearcat women have the fastest 200 freestyle relay time so far this season
• Crew holds the fastest time in the 200 freestyle while teammates Din Selmanovic and Chris Bready are second and fourth, respectively
• The Bearcats dominate the 500 freestyle standings, led by Bready with a time of 4:28:90. Selmanovic is second and Toby Van Dyke is third
• UC men hold the top six times in the 1,000 freestyle with Bready, Selmanovic and Van Dyke leading the way
• Zach Hostoffer holds the fastest 100 breaststroke time of 55:93 while Dominic Polling is third
• Van Dyke has the fastest 200 butterfly time and George Epsly has the third.
• Polling also holds the best time in the conference in the 200 IM
• Ryan DePietro is first in the 400 IM
• The Bearcat men hold the best time in the 400 medley relay
• In diving, Mitch Godar's 337.50 performance in 1-meter tops the conference. Louis Hunt is third

• Fans are encouraged to wear beach-themed attire to the meet
• There will be a costume contest held during the break
• Stay after the meet for autographs from the Bearcats

• UC will compete back-to-back weeks as the team will head to Bloomington, Indiana
• The Bearcats will take on Indiana and Notre Dame on Thursday, November 9 at 2 p.m.
• The team will return home again November 16-18 for the Bearcat Midseason Invitational
