Three University of Cincinnati divers will look to qualify for the NCAA Championships as they compete at this week's NCAA Zone C Championships in Columbus, Ohio.
Mitch Godar, Claire Schuermann and Ellen Posch will all be competing for the Bearcats at the event that begins Thursday, March 8 and concludes on Saturday, March 10. Results will be available at divemeets.com

• Event 1: Prelim/QF Women 1M; Prelim/QF Men 3M
• Event 2: Final Women 1M; Final Men 3M
Friday, March 9
• Event 3: Prelim/QF Women 3M; Prelim/QF Men 1M
• Event 4: Final Women 3M; Final Men 1M
Saturday, March 10
• Event 5: Prelim/QF Women Platform; Final Women Platform
• Event 6: Prelim/QF Men Platform; Final Men Platform
// HOW IT WORKS
• Five zone meets are held across the country this week. Each zone earns a set number of qualifying spots for the NCAA Championships based on previous performances
• For the women, Zone C in Columbus will receive eight 1-meter spots, ten 3-meter spots and ten platform spots
• For the men, there are ten 1-meter spots, ten 3-meter spots and 11 platform spots available
• Any diver who earns a qualifying spot in their zone competition gets an opportunity to compete at the NCAA Championships
