CINCINNATI - Each year, the women of the University of Cincinnati track & field and cross country program continue to rewrite record lists, record personal bests for both individuals and the team and then turn around and add to it. The 2018 indoor season was not exception as 'first' became synonymous with the Bearcats.
The women won their first indoor conference title, capturing the American Athletic Conference crown with the most points scored (147) and by the largest margin (62 points).
The women then placed 12th overall nationally, the highest finish in program history.
The 16 points scored at the NCAA Championships? The most by an AAC women's team in conference history.
The 12th-place finish at the NCAA Championships? The highest by any AAC women's team in conference history.
