The 14-team field also includes Abilene Christian, Belmont, Bradley, Chattanooga, Cincinnati, Lipscomb (two teams), Maryland, Memphis, Mercer, Rice, Samford, USC Upstate and Western Kentucky.
// QUOTING COACH DOUG MARTIN
On preparation for the tournament and the final month or the regular season:
"This spring has been challenging from a weather standpoint but the team has done an amazing job preparing themselves to play in very poor weather conditions. It's a credit to the quality of young men we have in the program.
"The tournament at Lipscomb is a new event this year. Richland Country Club is a Jack Nicklaus design and will provide us with a great challenge. With the AAC Conference Championship coming up at the end of the month it's vital that we get good work done over our next two events."
// RICHLAND COUNTRY CLUB
From course website: It is the tradition of friendliness and of premier club facilities, blended together in a beautiful setting and surrounded by our Jack Nicklaus signature golf course that make Richland one of the Premier clubs in the Southeast.
