WICHITA, Kan. – University of Cincinnati baseball dropped the second game at Wichita State 9-1 Saturday afternoon to force a rubber match in the series finale on Sunday. A six-run seventh inning by the Shockers was the big difference in the game.

With runners on first and second, the WSU batter chopped a ball down to Connor McVey at third base who stepped on the bag, threw over to Kyle Mottice who got his runner before throwing over to Eric Santiago at first to get the third out.
