LEXINGTON, Ky. – University of Cincinnati women's golf will return to the course Monday, Sept. 17, to compete in the two-day, Morehead State Greenbrier Invitational at Greenbrier Country Club.
The Bearcats were originally scheduled to play in the ECU Pirate Collegiate Classic, Monday-Tuesday, but pivoted to MSU's event after the tournament in Greenville, North Carolina was canceled due to Hurricane Florence.
The 54-hole tournament features an eight-team field, including three teams the Red & Black competed against this week at the NKU Fall Classic. The complete field includes host Morehead State, Austin Peay, Belmont, Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, UNC Asheville, Winthrop, and Wofford.
Action will begin both Monday and Tuesday with 9 a.m. shotgun starts. Teams will play 36 holes on Monday and 18 on Tuesday.
