INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The University of Cincinnati swimming and diving program once again swept a dual meet as they traveled to IUPUI Friday night. The women's team won 194-105 and the men won 181-118.
// INDIVIDUAL WINNERS
• Blake Hanna, Dominic Polling, Parker Saladin and Alex Fortman won the men's 200 medley relay, coming in at 1:33.54
• Rocky Laabs was first to the wall in the women's 1000 free
• The men also won the 1000 free as Toby Van Dyke took first in the event
• Maddie Exton placed first in the women's 200 free in a close finish with teammate Lina Kutsko
• Justin Crew finished first in the men's 200 free
• Natalie Obando won the 100 back for the women
• Joey Puglessi won the 100 back on the men's side
• In the 100 breast, both Dee Sopapong and Polling took first place for the Bearcats
• Newcomers Camryn Streid and Parker Saladin won the 200 butterfly
• Kevin McCaffrey was first to the wall in the men's 50 free
• In diving, Claire Schuermann won the 1-meter competition
• Kutsko beat out Exton in the 100 free to win the event
• Obando and Puglessi also took first in the 200 back
• Victoria Miyamoto won the 200 breast for the women while Polling won it for the men
• Laabs and Van Dyke added additional distance wins as they both placed first in the 500 free
• Kutsko and Saladin remained in front as both added victories in the 100 butterfly
• Sopapong won the 400 IM. Connor Blatt won it for UC's men
• To end the night, Exton, Abby Johnston, Claire Farrell and Caroline Sheehan took first in the women's 400 free relay
• The men followed in the same suit, winning the event with the quartet of Polling, Hans Kabelka, Crew and Fortman

The Bearcats have a little break before their next competition. UC returns home to the Keating Aquatic Center to host Miami (Ohio) on Saturday, November 10. Diving is set to begin at 11 a.m. with swimming right after at 1 p.m.
