WASHINGTON, D.C. - The University of Cincinnati football team arrived in our Nation's Capital late Wednesday night to begin final preparations for the 2018 Military Bowl against Virginia Tech on December 31, 2018 in Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium.
The Bearcats (10-2) held practice Thursday at Cole Field House on the campus of the University of Maryland, working out for two hours after morning position meetings. Military Bowl President/Executive Director Steve Beck and Colonel Greg Gadson addressed the team prior to a joint team reception which officially kicked off bowl week.
The team is scheduled to return to practice Friday ahead of several events in the Washington, D.C. area.
