TicketsThe American Athletic Conference announced its weekly awards on Tuesday with University of Cincinnati's Connor Blatt earning Male Swimmer of the Week honors.
Blatt, a freshman, posted four personal-best times while at the Miami Invitational this past weekend. He broke the UC record in the 200 back with a time of 1:46.21. He also reached UC top ten in hte 200 IM with a time of 1:50.91. Blatt helped the Bearcats post a second-place finish at the invitational with swims in the 200 medley relay and the 400 medley relay and also had a personal-best swim in the 100 back.

• UC hosts Xavier on Saturday, January 12. Diving is scheduled for 11 a.m. with swimming starting after at 1 p.m. at the Keating Aquatic Center
