The Bearcats are back in the pool this Saturday when they host Xavier at the Keating Aquatic Center. Diving is set to begin at 11 a.m. with swimming following at 1 p.m.

• As the second half of the season begins, Cincinnati's men currently lead the collegeswimming.com conference rankings while the women sit in second
• The Bearcats men hold the top three times in the 200 free, led by Hans Kabelka and followed by Justin Crew and Din Selmanovic
• Selmanovic, Toby Van Dyke and Crew hold the three best conference times in the 500 free, while the fourth through sixth times are also currently held by Bearcats
• Tyler Jones has the fastest time this year in the 1000 free, followed by teammates Van Dyke and Selmanovic
• Jones and Selmanovic also ranks first and second in the 1650 free
• Blake Hanna has the third-fastest time in the 50 back
• Joey Puglessi ranks third in the conference in the 100 back
• Connor Blatt is second in the 200 back with Hanna in third
• Dalton Lillibridge currently sits second in the 100 breast
• Dominic Polling in second and Zach Baecker third in the 200 breast
• Parker Saladin is second in the 200 fly
• Polling leads the AAC in the 200 IM and is third in the 400 IM
• UC's men rank second in the 200 free relay, first in the 400 free relay and 800 free relay
• Louie Hunt is has the third-highest score in 1-meter diving
• On the women's side, Olivia Schmelzer holds the third-fastest time this season in the 50 free and 100 free
• Rocky Laabs is third in the 500 free and 1000 free while she ranks second in the 1650 free
• Lina Kutsko is second in the 100 fly
• In relays, the women have the second-fastest time in the 400 free and 800 free while they are third in the 200 medley relay
• Claire Schuermann's best 1-meter score ranks third

• Xavier fell at IUPUI in their last competition, December 7, by a combined score of 180.5-113.5
• In mid-November both the men and women finished third at the CSU Magnus Cup hosted by Cleveland State
• The Musketeers competed alongside the Bearcats at the Akron Invite in October. Xavier's men finished fifth out of five teams and the women finished fifth out of six
• UC beat swept Xavier last season at home with the men winning 188-49 and the women 187-47
// LAST TIME OUT
• The Bearcats are coming off strong performances at the US Winter Nationals and the Miami Invite, as the team split for competition November 28 through December 1
• Prior to that, UC won the House of Champions Invite hosted by IUPUI

• Next Saturday UC travels to Virginia Tech for a quad meet with JMU and George Washington also competing
