Bearcats Win Three Weekly Awards from AACBearcats Win Three Weekly Awards from AAC
The American Athletic Conference announced its weekly award winners for swimming and diving with the Bearcats earning three out of four accolades. Dominic Polling was named the Men's Swimmer of the Week, Dylan Porter was named the Men's Diver of the Week and Tricia Roscoe was named the Women's Diver of the Week.
 
Polling had a victory in all four events he competed in as UC hosted Xavier the past Saturday. Individually, Polling won both the 100 breaststroke (56.98) and the 100 freestyle (46.60). He swam the second leg of the 200 medley relay and the leadoff leg of the 400 relay, both of which were wins for Cincinnati.
 
In his first competition as a member of the Bearcats, Porter scored a 231.40 for the best time on 1-meter and a 242.05 on 3-meter for a second-place finish.
 
Roscoe recorded a NCAA Zone score on 1-meter with a 270.80 performance this past Saturday. She also scored a 231.05 on 3-meter.
 
UC is back in action this weekend when they travel for a quad meet at Virginia Tech. Along with the host Hokies, the Bearcats will also compete against JMU and George Washington
