TicketsFERNANDINA BEACH, Fla. – University of Cincinnati women's golf will tee off the 2019 spring season Monday, Feb. 18 when it competes in the sixth annual Amelia Island Collegiate at Amelia National Golf and Country Club.
Coming off a successful fall season in which they won a pair of tournaments, the Bearcats will square off against a talented field of competition including Daytona State, No. 119 FGCU, No. 123 Georgia Southern, Georgia State, Jacksonville, No. 131 Jacksonville State, No. 98 Marshall, Morehead State, No. 68 North Florida, No. 107 Sam Houston State, Samford, UAB, No. 147 USC Upstate, No. 105 Western Kentucky, and Winthrop.
Teams will play 36 holes on Monday and 18 on Tuesday with a shotgun start both days at 8 a.m. ET. Follow along with live scoring.

UC wrapped its fall season with a ninth-place finish the Mercer Idle Hour Collegiate. Senior Anika Hitt (Mequon, Wis./Homestead) finished strong with a final-round score of 75 to finish in a tie for 10th. Sophomore Vanessa Manrique (Bogotá, Colombia) and junior Alyssa Burritt (Bellbrook, Ohio/Bellbrook) both also shot 75 in the final round. Manrique holed three birdies during the third round, while Burritt sunk one birdie to go along with saving par on 14 holes. Sophomores Angela Lopez (Bogotá, Colombia) and Amalia Shahzan (Kedah, Malaysia), too, fought to the finish with final-round scores of 77 and 78, respectively. The pair combined to mark four birdies, with Shahzan recording three.
