University of Cincinnati baseball's Wyatt Stapp was named to the American Athletic Conference weekly Honor Roll on Monday for his performance in the previous week's action.
Stapp was the catalyst for the Bearcats in a double header sweep of Bowling Green on Sunday. He entered game one in the bottom of the tenth inning as a pinch hitter and won the game on a RBI single. In game two, Stapp had a double and a game-tying two-run homerun to once again lead the UC offense to a 4-3 victory. The sophomore is the first Bearcats player to receive a conference honor this season.
