// SCOUTING THE LIONS
The Lions stumbled out of the gate falling 5-2 to the Oregon Ducks, but got their roar back with a 4-0 victory over Florida International University in the ITA Kick-Off Weekend, but were quickly tamed the next day by #8 UCLA in a 4-0 loss. The Lions looked to rebound against the Trojans of USC, but were turned in to house cats as they fell in a 4-2 loss. Licking their wounds and looking to regroup, the Lions have since pounced on the Razorbacks of Arkansas in a 4-1 victory, hunted down the Gauchos of UC Santa Barbara in a 4-3 victory and smacked the Golden Eagles of Marquette from the sky in a 4-0 victory.
The Lions are currently ranked #50 in the Oracle/ITA Division I Women's Rankings.

Looking for a new spot, they once again spotted gold in a pair of 6-1 victories over Cal Poly and Weber State. They then moved on to a new spot, but once again came up empty in a 4-3 loss. Returning home, they saw a glimmer of another big find in a 7-0 victory over Youngstown State, but their hopes were soon dashed in a 4-0 sweep at the hands of Houston.
