// SCOUTING THE NORSE
The Norse, typically fierce warriors, haven't exactly struck fear in the hearts and minds of those they've faced in their voyages thus far. After opening the season tasting victory in a 4-2 defeat of Bellarmine, the Norse were quickly sent rowing away in retreat as they were defeated by Louisville, Ball State and Lipscomb. While they may have lost their way, they dropped anchor and vanquished Saint Francis and Dayton only to be sent packing by the mighty blue nation of Kentucky. Their journeys since have experience great two great victories over Western Kentucky and IUPUI and three defeats at the hands of Xavier, Wright State and UIC.
The Norse are led by a pair of valiant warriors named Maria Koo and Margita Sunjic. Koo and Sunjic have both compiled 8-4 records in singles play and the #2 and #1 courts respectively. Koo also enters the battle with the Bearcats carrying a five-match win streak. Elizabeth Rozin holds a 6-4 record that includes a 3-2 showing at the #4 court.
In doubles, the duo of Maria Koo and Taylor Culbertson lead the charge for the Norse as they hold a 4-3 record with all matches being played at the #1 court.
